If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that but we're happy to take returns and will refund you on receipt.
Simply contact us to advise us you are returning the item and then post it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to insert your purchase details / reference in with the return.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Your earrings are arrive in their gift box in a sealed see through packet for your inspection, for hygiene reasons we only accept earring returns in cases where the seal and packet have not been broken.
THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY OF RETURNING JEWELLERY TO US
Please return your item in a padded envelope by itself without the gift box - removing the box will result in a lower postage cost and we do not need the box returned to us (we will not charge you for keeping the box). The padded envelope should be sufficient to protect your jewellery in transit.
Please ensure you also include your order number/details in the package.
IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK
At last check (August 2019) it costs just £2.03 to online purchase Royal Mail's 'Signed For 2nd Class' service (provided you are sending jewellery without the box as a 'Large Letter').
Your package will need taking to a post office so you can obtain your proof of postage and the contents will be insured for up to £50 for loss or damage. Without gaining your proof of postage slip, your package is not insured.
