As a designer maker creating original and handmade products for sale via Taylor Two I'm proud of our 120 and counting gift shop reviews, we receive them regularly over at Etsy which provides a useful online review system for customers who buy from the shop there.

The gift shop reviews cannot be tampered with or removed by myself, and Etsy prohibits sellers from contacting customers to ask for reviews, and so they're totally honest and given without encouragement.

Taylor Two products have been consistenly voted 5 stars by my customers, and that's because I don't just play lip service to customer service and gift quality, I really do care that the item you receive is of the highest quality. If it wasn't, I wouldn't be selling it.

Keep Marching Benjamin

This recent Private Benjamin mug review made me really happy as I LOVE the source of my inspiration behind this gift mug design - the outstanding classic 1980's comedy movie Private Benjamin which chronicles the army trials of spoilt princess Judy Benjamin.

If you're a young sort and haven't watched it, I insist you do so - it's silly, it's funny, it's uplifting, it's inspiring. It stars comedy veteran Goldie Hawn, what more can I say.

I drew one of my favourite moments from the film, when Judy is just utterly down trodden and her parents come to fetch her from the army base.

Our glitter hip flasks are one of our most popular products, it's easy to see why; they're affordable, beautiful, practical and available in four different blinging colourways. As the reviewer has mentioned, they don't shed glitter all over the place.

Although singular purchases are common, for individual use and for gifts too, they're also often purchased in bulk for events, wedding and more. They're very commonly purchased as bridesmaids gifts, and tend to fly off the shelves at Christmas time as a fabulous stocking filler.

Rocky Horror Picture Show Gifts

Who hasn't heard of the Rocky Horror Picture Show? I know you've all danced to the Time Warp at least once, probably at someone's wedding, drunk ... because that's the only way you could get through it.

This illustrated portrait of Tim Curry's Frank N Furter is adorned with a segment of inspiring lyrics from this hit movie musical. I used to sing the songs from this movie to my children at bed time when they were tiny; yes very innappropriate, I know.

I'm so pleased that this handbag mirror was a hit with a gift recipient this month, nothing beats making people happy with things you have drawn, created, slaved over, cried over  :D

And below in September we were also getting praise for the Frank N Furter mug, the same illustrated portrait and lyrics design as the hand bag mirror above, printed in high quality onto a mug that is dishwasher and microwave proof, as my happy reviewer has clearly discovered.
